  So What is All the Fuss About??

Group exercise has become boring and stale over the last 10 years. Typical aerobics classes are old news - Zumba is the New Fitness Program for the next decade! 

The unique Zumba Latin inspired international music and dance steps create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Zumba has broadened its music and dance rhythms to include Banghra, Bollywood, Bellydancing, hip hop, Greek, African and more! The possibilities are endless, and so the choreography never gets old. Zin (Zumba Instructor Networks) members are provided with fresh moves and music every month.

Non-verbal cuing allows the class to feel the music and movements rather than worrying about what the instructor is going to yell at them next! It’s a fluid program.

Zumba is designed for everyone, every shape and age. Anyone can start a Zumba class and have fun. This program is not limited to dancers, fitness fanatics or seniors. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of a Zumba class. Everyone is welcome in a Zumba class

As Women’s World Magazine says, “Burn 500 calories an hour with The Hot New Workout –Zumba!” Zumba is a cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. Zumba is fun, which motivates class participants to adhere to the program, even after they get the results they desire. They keep coming back because it is FUN. Zumba is great for the mind, body and soul!

I fell in love with Zumba from the very first class. I have never been able to keep a regimented work out schedule, and in order for me to work out it had to be "exercise in disguise". Of course Zumba is still wonderful even if you ARE a fitness fanatic. But for most of us, working out doesn't come easy. I hope to hear from you with any questions. Inspiring Stories From Ladies In Our Classes

Went to this class on a recommendation from a friend. I was walking/jogging about 15 miles a week at the time and thought I'd done all I could do. Boy, was I wrong! Chaundra made each lesson so easy, I honestly didn't feel like I was working out--I remember being DISAPPOINTED when the hour was over. My entire body shape changed, even after 2 years of jogging!! I cannot say how much this class has done for my self-confidence and energy level. I'd attend every day if Life would let me. The class is low-pressure, with every age and body type represented. Don't be embarrassed, we all laugh at how often we'll miss a step!


I originally started Zumba to work out with friends.  I was hoping for fun and to see what Zumba was like and the energy you feel during and after class has kept me coming back.  I have been doing Zumba for about 3 months and  have definitely lost inches and feel more confident in my clothes. Jenn 3 months


So far I’ve lost 14 pounds but more importantly I feel as though I’ve lost inches.  I didn’t measure myself when I started the class but I definitely feel more toned 
than I have in a long time.  I actually make time to come to your class.  Even though I’m running 2 daughters
 to activities, doinghomework, bath time and working full-time, I still make time for myself to get back into shape.  I think I’ve been coming since April and this is actually an exercise I’ve stuck with.  I do enjoy your class and the way it makes me feel after I’ve worked out, even if I had to drag myself there after a long day.  Jamie 3 months 



I am very excited to let you know that I have been able to lose 6 pounds just by attending one Zumba class a week.  My schedule is very busy and I look forward to that one hour to "shake off" the stress! I love it so much that I've adjusted my diet. I'm sleeping better and its improved my Fibromyalgia pain and stiffness.

In three weeks I have lost 1.5 inches off my bust; 1.5 inches off my waist; and 2.25 inches off my thighs...that is off EACH thigh.....not combined! And now when I see people 'exercising' I feel sorry for them. Why would you do that when you can dance instead! Holly 3 weeks

 

Chaundra you have the most BUBBLY and CUTEST personality!! And YOU have really motivated me to do zumba!! Just after 2 weeks, I'm actually seeing physical results not to mention, I feel better, I sleep better and I have more energy! Thanks for all you do ! :-)

Chaundra Chaundra Chaundra you are truly a Blessing. Zumba is great!!! and to the young lady from Arizona you are right Chaundra is the Best and I have not had any other Zumba instructor and I do not think that I need another one either because how could you get any better?!!! To anyone thinking about trying Zumba do not hesitate because Chaundra is great, great personality and all!!! Just drop in and get a TRUE ZUMBA experience!!!! I was a guest now I am a member!
